Carla Giustino has a passion for real estate that runs deep and a level of experience and production that few can match. A top-producing, award-winning agent with the Greenbrae office of Coldwell Banker Realty, Carla grew up in a family that invested in multi-family apartment buildings. She bought her first home at just 20 years old and has been investing ever since. For over 25 years, Carla has represented buyers and sellers in Marin, San Francisco, Sonoma, and the East Bay. Her clients range from first-time buyers to savvy investors, and she has sold a variety of property types, including multi-family apartment buildings, condos, and luxury real estate. Remarkably, Carla has sold every property she has ever listed at close to or above the asking price, even previously unsold properties deemed "challenging" by other agents.

Carla has earned many of the industry's highest awards for her dedication. She is one of the top ten Coldwell Banker agents in the North Bay region and a member of the International President's Elite, an honor reserved for just 2% of affiliated agents globally. She's also a member of the Marin County Top Agent Network (TAN), which represents the top 10% of agents countrywide.
